DELIVERY CHARGES

We ship Australia wide and offer flat rate shipping of $14.95 except on bulky items.

Due to extremely high shipping costs in some remote places in Australia Rusty Owl may in some cases decline an order and refund in full the order value to a customer.  

Please note we DO NOT ship to NT Remote , WA remote, QLD Remote, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within Australia.  

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

We endeavour to send all orders within 2 business days. Once your order is sent, you will receive an email. 

After your order has been collected by our couriers, delivery times are outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates can vary depending on many factors including your location and possible peak season delays.
